Terms of Service
The short version: we sell evidence-based review and intelligence services, and booking/admin systems for local businesses. We promise specific deliverables with stated delivery windows — not outcomes. Work is invoiced and paid by bank transfer. If we miss what we promised, our Refund Policy applies.
1. Who we are
VIPFish is operated by Andy Jones ("we", "us"), trading as VIPFish, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of vipfish.ai and any service you purchase from us. Contact: hello@vipfish.ai. Address for service: 39 Parc Gellifaelog, Tonypandy, CF40 1DU, United Kingdom.
2. What we sell
Each product page describes a specific service and its deliverable — for example an evidence chain, a review report, an intelligence pack, or a booking system for your business. The deliverable, format, and stated delivery window on the product page at the time of purchase form part of these terms.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices are shown on each product page in GBP. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on our invoices.
- We agree the scope with you in writing, then issue an invoice. Payment is by bank transfer to the account named on that invoice. We do not take card details and we do not store them.
- An order is accepted when we confirm the scope by email and the invoiced payment clears. If we cannot accept an order, we refund the payment in full.
4. Delivery
- Each deliverable is issued to the contact details you provide at checkout, within the stated delivery window for that product.
- Where a service needs materials or input from you (documents, access, answers), the delivery window starts when we have what we reasonably need.
- Evidence deliverables are integrity-sealed with SHA-256 hashes so you can verify they have not been altered after issue.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and subscription cancellation are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
6. Acceptable use
- You will provide accurate information and only materials you are entitled to share.
- You will not use our deliverables to misrepresent evidence, harass, defraud, or break the law.
- We may decline or stop work that breaches this section; our Refund Policy applies to any payment taken.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, the commissioned deliverable is yours to use for its intended purpose. We retain our pre-existing methods, tooling, and templates. We do not reuse your confidential materials for anyone else.
8. Liability
We are liable for delivering the promised service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a service is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not apply retroactively to services already purchased.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
